Multilingual Disaster Distress Call Center (災害時多言語通訳サービス)

Oita City will provide a 24-hour a day interpreting assistance in 21 languages for both foreign residents and tourists in times of disaster such as earthquakes, Tsuamis, Typhoons, etc., via a multilingual call center staffed with operators who can ensure smooth communication for those who require aid.

Duration: Accessible for 1-month period after the establishment of City of Oita Disaster Alert Headquarters or City of Oita Disaster Response Headquarters.
Time: Available 24 hours a day
